Terms and Conditions
- All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
- Cancellation must be in writing at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellation and freezing is not applicable on the BASIC package.
- Packages can only be frozen with advance written notice.
- Freezing in July or August must have return ticket presented.
- Package expiry should not exceed duration unless eligible for freezing.
- Re-scheduled lessons must be booked in the same week or before the next lesson.
- Grace period of packages can only be used for freezing and not for re-scheduled lessons.
