I understand that this is a cancellation request and the acceptance of cancellation is subject to the package flexibility.

Cancellation Policy
  • 1 Day Before the class

    Number of permitted cancellations are based on your purchased package.
    Basic Package: 0 | Silver Package: 2x | Gold Package: 4x | Platinum Package: 8x

  • Late Cancellation - Charged

    Same Day of the class
    We understand "Sickness & Emergencies" can happen but your teacher's timing & your spot in class is reserved for you and it can`t be filled up anymore.
    Recovery Fee: By paying a minimum fee, you have the option to reschedule your class.
    Dance - 25AED | Music - 50AED
    Flexi option is only applicable if you still have cancellations available based on your purchased package.

  • No Show - Charged

    We are unable to fill your teacher's time with no notice.
